Position Description

Position is responsible for overseeing activities of various production departments; ensures that employees comply with policies and standards of the Company. Trains, coaches and disciplines employees. Investigates complaints and accidents. Confers with management to make operational and personnel recommendations. Reports to Plant Manager. Must have thorough knowledge of plant operations, relate well to employees, and be self-motivated. Bilingual a plus.
